My role and responsibility

Hands-on leadership that included:
Head of UX — research and design. I reframed the product strategy through field research, negotiated roadmap changes across engineering and product, and tested an MVP live at DATCON. I set the design vision and hired a Principal and Senior Designer to scale it.
